SELF CATERING
All our properties are rented on a self-catered basis, but optional catering services are also available in the winter and summer seasons (See Catering Services for more information).
Our self-catered prices include: bed linen, beds made for your arrival, towels, T-towels, end of stay cleaning.
All come with an initial supply of basic cooking ingredients:- salt & pepper, herbs & spices, olive oil, tea, coffee, sugar, milk; and cleaning products:- toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, all-purpose cleaner and cloths.
Firewood is included in the following properties that have a fireplace: Great Escape, Laurels, Erik, Bubble House.
FREE wireless internet connection and telephone (a phone card is required to make outgoing calls) are provided at the following properties: Laurels, Fegguese, Georgette, Snowflake.
For properties without their own internet connection, there is a paid-for service available at the resort through the Tourist Office, and free services available at the Pitchouli and Iceberg bars at the resort, and Le Monal hotel at Sainte Foy village.
Welcome food packs: we offer a range of welcome food packs to see you through your first evening and/or morning which is especially useful if you are arriving late in the evening.
An optional daily cleaning service is available at extra cost, subject to availability.
Changeover days
The normal rental period is 7 nights starting on a Saturday or Sunday, but short-breaks, week-ends and other changeover days may be possible in off-peak weeks.
Christmas/New Year 2010
As Christmas and New Year’s Days fall on Saturdays in 2010/11, changeover days for those weeks are on Sundays or Mondays.
Smoking and Pets
Please note that in accordance with French law all our properties are strictly NON-SMOKING and we regret that we are unable to accept PETS.
