MOUNTAIN TRACKS - OFF-PISTE COURSES AT THE AUBERGE
Off - Piste Performance Courses
We are again teaming up with Mountain Tracks this season to host several weeks for those aspiring to learn to ski off-piste or improve their off-piste performance. The coaching will be provided by Mountain Tracks fully-qualified British IMFGA mountain guides and instructors in groups of no more than 7 so you get maximum benefit from their expertise and enthusiasm. The focus of the 5 day programme is on providing top-class guiding and instruction in a fun and safe environment.
Dates and prices for 2011-12 - Off-Piste Performance courses
- January 7th-14th - Foundation - £1095
- February 4th-11th - Performance Plus - £1195
- February 18th-25th - Foundation - £1195
- February 25th - March 3rd - Performance Plus - £1195
- March 10th - 17th - Performance Plus - £1195

Ski touring week
We are also hosting a ski touring week with Mountain Tracks. This is a wonderful way to escape the crowds and explore the best back country territory that the mountains have to offer. The focus of the week will be coaching in both uphill and downhill techniques with the opportunity to practice in some of the stunning valleys around Sainte Foy under the expert guidance of Mountain Tracks fully-qualified British IMFGA guides and instructors. One night during the week will be spent in a high mountain hut for that authentic ski touring experience! You will need to be a competent off-piste skier and be physically fit to make the most of the course. Further details are available from us here at the Auberge or from Mountain Tracks.
