There is plenty to entertain you at the Auberge when you’re not out enjoying the local area.
We have a state-of-the-art massage hot-tub and sauna in the garden which are the perfect way to ease aching muscles after a hard day’s activity, summer or winter. We’ll even bring you your favourite tipple so you can really chill out!
Children always seem to have more energy left to burn, even after a day’s skiing. Our sledging tracks around the Auberge are a great way for them to let off steam before supper and bedtime.
In the summer, our boules court is the scene of many family challenges! And our south-facing garden and sun deck are ideal for a refreshing cuppa or pre-dinner aperitif.
The Den above the bar has a large flat-screen TV with DVD and video player. We have hundred’s of videos and DVD’s so there’s sure to be something you’ll enjoy whether you’re 7 or 70! It’s a great place for the kid’s to unwind before bedtime, or for teenagers to hang out whilst the adults are enjoying a civilised dinner. We also have Sky satellite free-to-view channels so you won’t miss your favourite soap, or the Big Match! And there is a good selection of books and magazines for those who prefer less high-tech entertainment.
Our guest computer and free wireless internet network will ensure you can keep in touch with everyone back home, check the footie scores, reply to those can’t wait e-mails or download that holiday homework you’ve been putting off.
Last but not least, our lounge with roaring log fire, well-stocked bar and comfy sofas is the perfect spot to share tea and home-made cakes, pre-dinner aperitifs, or post-dinner drinks with your fellow guests. It’s very much the social hub of the Auberge.
